Cancellation Policy 

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, for that reason we have a cancellation policy in place - this provides us with the time to inform clients on our waiting list of any availability and also protect our team from any loss of business. If you wish to cancel your appointment please see the following guidelines:

• If your appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice and you have paid a booking deposit - your deposit will be fully refunded and transferred to any new appointment you make. 
• If your appointment is canceled with 24-48 hours notice - a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied.
• Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice or non-arrival for your appointment shall be charged at the full price of the booking.
